Earth goes around the sun and earth also rotates on its axis. Time to refresh your childhood knowledge. Mankind is so smart that we now have perfect numbers for what speed earth, moon and the sun rotate. But did you ever think that this speed of rotation is so long that if you try and photograph the star from earth you would get lines and not dots as the star would have moved in 10 seconds from where it was.
